One of our main goals for 2022-2024 is to complete development and implementation of an online portal that allows our customers to view and directly enter requests into our corporate Change Management process. Once the portal is available, our plan is to meet quarterly (as the customer's schedule permits) to review and prioritize new requests, provide status on in-process requests and discuss other open requests as needed.
That said, we are always available to discuss those must-have changes so you won't need to wait until the next quarterly meeting to get resolution to your needs!
Once the new portal is completed, it will provide customers with the ability to review System Issues separately from Enhancement Requests, and other change categories, to enable more efficient and effective prioritization and outcome management by logging into the portal directly from this Support page or from within their back-office application. Keep an eye out for it!
As we finish out this year, we are also working on enhancing each of our existing applications to align them with our new database-driven AppConnX® technology. This is a huge effort in itself and we may not complete the project this year due to conflicting work we are doing for customers.
Like the shoemaker's children being the last ones to have new shoes, we put our projects on the back burner when needed in order to keep customer focus frontal-lobe!
As time permits, we also plan to continue to expand this web site to include demos of the applications our customers request most often! Potential customers will have the ability to request short-term access so they can "play around" with the actual systems they may want to explore as a Sigma Networking(TM)customer!
